After taking the Turkish cousins to the airport for their trip to Maine we took Evie and linden and Nikki and Blakelyn to the zoo. Man was it hot - but fun.

Wondering what we've been up to? Here is a medley of images from our two week visit with our Turkish cousins, Elijah and Milo (and of course Lisa and Alex too) Tons of fun. Tons of cousin bonding. Tons of mess and chaos. So sad to see them leave.

She's off

This week Evie discovered that she can walk holding on to things - things you can push (chairs, the intellitable, boxes, etc.). We set her up with the old Ikea wagon and some cans for weights - its her new favorite activity.

He wanted a mountain cake. We all held our breath when he woke up from his nap and quietly surveyed the cake then said,"Mama, its exactly how I pictured it." Whew.
